Job summary

Liberis is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to own the customer journey from submission to funding within the Funding Team. You will be the customer’s main contact and coordinate with Sales, Underwriting and funding partners to move deals forward and ensure a smooth experience for SMEs.

Qualifications

• Native-level European Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational skills for high-volume, multi-stage pipelines.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a live pipeline of 50-60 customer submissions from initial submission through to funding.
• Review submissions from Sales, collect required documents, and check for accuracy before passing to Underwriting.
• Act as the customer’s main contact throughout the process and answer questions.
