Elect Capital in London is hiring a Funding Operations Coordinator to drive the journey from application to funding. You will manage settlements, funding updates and broker communications, coordinating across Partnerships, Operations and our broker network.

The role requires superb organisation, meticulous attention to detail and confident communication with brokers, colleagues and leadership. A proactive, ownership mindset and the ability to juggle priorities at pace are essential.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of operational sales-support activities, including settlement requests, funding updates, statements processing, and information gathering.
• Process settlement requests accurately and on time, chasing outstanding documentation where needed.
• Keep clients and brokers updated on funding status, flagging delays or issues early.
• Act as a conduit between broker partners, Partnerships and internal Operations to remove blockers.
• Coordinate across multiple systems and workflows, ensuring information is logged correctly.
• Identify process gaps to improve turnaround times.

The Role
As our Funding Operations Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the journey from application to funding, working across Partnerships, Operations and our broker network to keep deals moving and clients over the moon. It's a varied, fast-paced role for someone who combines excellent organisation and meticulous attention to detail with the confidence to communicate with brokers, colleagues and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of operational sales-support activities, including settlement requests, funding updates, statements processing, and information gathering
• Process settlement requests accurately and on time, chasing outstanding documentation where needed
• Keep clients and brokers updated on funding status, proactively flagging delays or issues before they elevate
• Act as a key conduit between broker partners, the Partnerships team and internal Operations, keeping stakeholders informed and helping remove avoidable blockers
• Coordinate across multiple systems and workflows, ensuring information is logged correctly and nothing falls through the cracks
• Flag process gaps or recurring issues to help the team continuously improve turnaround times
