Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Glasgow is seeking an organised Funding Administrator to join our GTG Training team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with government-funded training guidelines and supporting our apprentices.

You will handle paperwork, register candidates, respond to queries, manage payments for funded programmes and certify qualifications with awarding bodies. A meticulous eye and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High accuracy and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience of data processing.

Responsibilities

• Process Modern Apprenticeship start paperwork.
• Register candidates with awarding bodies and sector skills councils.
• Deal with day-to-day queries from the GTG assessment and training team.
• Handle all payment paperwork for funded programmes.
• Certify candidates for completed qualifications with awarding bodies.
• Contact candidates and employers to confirm accurate information.
