GTG Training Limited is seeking an organised Funding Administrator to join our Glasgow team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with guidelines for government-funded training and supporting the assessment and training team with day-to-day tasks.

The position suits someone with meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, with a supportive benefits package and a focus on accuracy in data handling.

Qualificações

• A high level of accuracy with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in data processing.

Responsabilidades

• Process Modern Apprenticeship start paperwork.
• Register candidates with awarding bodies and sector skills councils.
• Handle day-to-day queries from the GTG assessment and training team.
• Process all payment paperwork for funded programmes.
• Certify candidates for completed qualifications with awarding bodies.
• Contact candidates and employers to confirm information.
