Job summary

EFG Wealth Solutions (Jersey) Limited is seeking a seasoned Head of Fund Services to lead the division in Jersey and drive strategic growth. You will oversee fiduciary and fund administration, governance, and accounting, while engaging regulators, clients and key stakeholders to protect the firm's reputation.

The role demands at least 10 years in offshore finance, a Table 4 qualification, strong leadership, budgeting and risk management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering value

Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification meeting Jersey FSC Table 4 requirements.
• At least 10 years of finance industry experience in offshore leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of funds law, governance, compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for the Fund Services Division with clear revenue targets.
• Oversee administration, operations, governance and accounting functions.
• Act as primary liaison with regulators, clients and stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, pricing and profitability initiatives to improve margins.
• Foster a high‑performance, commercially aware culture and develop talent.
