Job summary

Corporation Service Company in Jersey seeks a Director, Funds Solutions (Client Services and Commercial) to oversee fiduciary duties, governance, and regulatory compliance for a portfolio of fund structures. The role includes serving as a Jersey resident director where appointed and providing independent oversight.

Strategic leadership is essential to grow CSC's Funds business in Jersey, building relationships with sponsors, managers, and advisers, and partnering with sales on client engagement.

Qualifications

• JFSC Category A qualification or regulator-approved status.
• Significant experience in fund administration and client service accountability.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey regulatory requirements and AML/CFT/CPF obligations.
• Proven ability to build and manage senior client and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring in a high-performance culture.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the UK (≈50% of role).

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of fund administration and governance for client structures with quality and timeliness.
• Serve as director on client boards, meeting fiduciary and regulatory obligations.
• Lead governance activities: board meeting prep, materials review, and governance actions.
• Maintain trusted client relationships and ensure responsive service.
• Ensure compliance with Jersey AML/CFT/CPF requirements and Codes of Practice.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
• Drive commercial growth by market engagement and collaboration with CSC sales teams.
• Support revenue growth through client acquisition and expansion of relationships.
