Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years working with a financial institution.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach team.
• Understanding of fund structures and fund administration business.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operational: Bring on new clients and prospects efficiently and professionally.
• Guide junior staff and supervise the team; ensure AML and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee client administration and relationships; drive accuracy and deadlines.
