Job summary

The Apex Group in Guernsey is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Transfer Agency Team to drive efficiency, mentor staff, and ensure client requests are processed within SLAs. The role focuses on onboarding new clients, supervising the team, and maintaining regulatory compliance across fund administration activities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial services, strong leadership, and fund administration knowledge.

Qualifications

• Target Vocational Qualifications – ICSA Certificate, ICSA Diploma, CSQS, ACCA or similar.
• 3+ years with a financial institution, preferably within funds.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficiency of the Transfer Agency section and meet SLAs.
• Onboard new clients efficiently and guide junior staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee procedures.
