Job summary

Apex Group is a Bermuda-founded, now global fund administration and middle office solutions provider. We seek a capable leader to manage a busy team delivering fiduciary oversight services to funds and corporate structures, including client and intermediary relationships.

You will coach and mentor staff, work with the director group to meet targets, and uphold rigorous risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fund services or fiduciary administration.
• Knowledge of fund administration and corporate structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy team delivering fiduciary oversight for a funds portfolio.
• Take ownership of client and intermediary relationships.
• Develop the team through coaching and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with the director group to meet targets.
• Ensure a four-eyes principle and high client service standards.
• Oversee functionaries and service providers per scheme documents.
• Build relationships with intermediaries and key client contacts.
• Manage working capital including WIP, billing, and staff productivity.
• Maintain awareness of risks in activities and client portfolios.
• Monitor compliance with Policies and Procedures.
• Keep up to date with industry issues.
• Support future growth through business development.
