Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join a well-established outsourcing sales acceleration team, supporting a high-growth project that automates data for insurance and finance clients.

You will focus on outbound outreach to senior decision-makers, building a strong pipeline and addressing complex data challenges rather than selling policies. This role offers remote UK work with clear growth paths and leading training.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Experience selling to Insurance or Finance sectors.
• Understanding of how insurance/finance companies operate internally.
• Hunter mindset with curiosity for technology and processes.
• Willing to work UK GMT business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make around 50 outbound calls daily to key stakeholders in insurance and finance.
• Identify and qualify 10+ new business opportunities monthly to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Articulate the value of data automation and connectivity to senior decision-makers.
• Document all sales activities and progress in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with team leads to refine outreach strategies based on feedback.
