Randstad Education is seeking a stable, full-time Teaching Assistant for placements across West Sussex and Surrey. A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

Role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, term-time with ongoing placement stability, providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEN and helping with literacy, phonics and numeracy.

We offer competitive pay (£85–£105 per day), weekly PAYE, and free CPD training including Safeguarding and Behaviour Management.

Formación

• Driving Licence & Car: Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (Essential).
• Availability: Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, standard school hours).
• Experience: Prior experience supporting children or young people (in schools, nurseries, sports coaching, care, or youth work).
• Skills: Strong communication skills and confident foundational English and Maths.
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) and valid Right to Work in the UK.

Looking for a stable, full-time classroom role across West Sussex or Surrey? We are seeking a reliable, adaptable Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term placement supporting schools across West Sussex and Surrey. Because our partner schools are spread across rural and suburban locations with varying public transport links, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position.

This role provides consistent Monday-to-Friday school hours on an ongoing term-time contract. It is ideal for an experienced support assistant, an aspiring teacher, or someone with a background in childcare, care, or youth work who wants regular, full-time weekday work close to home.
