Randstad Education in the UK is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term placements across West Sussex and Surrey. You will support pupils in a range of schools, sustaining daily routines and promoting inclusive learning.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours (8:30–15:30), weekly pay, DBS support, and free CPD training to develop literacy, numeracy and safeguarding skills.

Responsabilidades

What Your Role Will Involve

• Working full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) alongside class teachers to maintain smooth daily routines.
• Leading small group interventions in core literacy, phonics, and numeracy.
• Providing dedicated 1:1 learning support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, or speech and language delays.
• Helping create an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment throughout the school day.
• Supporting classroom preparation, learning displays, and break-time monitoring.

Qualifications

• Full Monday to Friday availability during standard school hours.
