The role is full-time, term-time only, working 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, on a long-term basis within a supportive, friendly team.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate, caring and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to work as part of a hub support staff team based in a mainstream primary school in West Bromwich starting from September / October 2026.

This vacancy is for a full-time SEND TA for term-time only work on a long-term basis, working the hours of 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday

This vacancy will be working in the school’s dedicated SEND hub, which is designed to support 8-12 students, which has an experienced, friendly teacher and two other SEND TA’s. The students have a range of SEND needs but many are autistic and have speech and language support needs.

As well as applicants with school experience – you will be an understanding & passion for SEND support and a work ethic to ensure the student’s thrive in their learning and development!

This vacancy pays from £92.56 to £97.03 per day dependent on experience and / or qualifications. This is paid in-house PAYE on a weekly basis
