Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking an experienced SEN English Teacher for an SEN secondary school in Epping. You will deliver engaging English lessons to pupils aged 11-18, focusing on SEN and SEMH needs and adapting materials to meet individual learning requirements.

You will collaborate with SEN support staff and therapists in a supportive team; the role offers immediate interviews and potential for a permanent appointment. DBS check is required. Long-term development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• PGCE or equivalent teacher training.
• Experience in SEN education (Secondary preferred).
• Strong classroom management.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Role Overview

I am looking for an experienced English Teacher who has extensive SEN and SEMH experience to join an intimate team of teachers within an SEN school in Epping. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional and complex needs. You will help them learn, build confidence and achieve their fullest potential. This is a rewarding role in which you will gain a lot of hands on experience
