Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator to join a welcoming Forest Row nursery in East Sussex. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a competitive pay rate of £14.00–£16.00 per hour.

You will deliver engaging EYFS activities, support key children, maintain learning journals, and uphold safeguarding with an Enhanced DBS. A Level 3 childcare qualification and UK nursery experience are required, with CPD opportunities in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding guidelines.
• Experience in a registered UK nursery or early years setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet children and families and manage morning handovers.
• Plan and deliver EYFS activities indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain learning journals and progress updates for assigned key children.
• Support with meals, hygiene, and rest times.
• Uphold safeguarding standards and conduct basic risk assessments.
