Job summary

Randstad Education is hiring a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) in Forest Row. You will support early years development, build trusted relationships with children and families, and deliver EYFS-aligned activities.

The role requires an NVQ/CACHE level in Early Years, DBS clearance, and a passion for early education. Full-time hours apply, with competitive pay in a friendly Forest Row setting.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Experience in an Early Years setting is desirable.
• Sound understanding of the EYFS framework, child development and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families.
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
• Observe, assess and track children’s progress to support milestones.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and safeguarding at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm, inclusive learning environment.
