Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking an EHCP Keyworker to join the Foundation Learning and ALSP department at Dunstable Kingsway Campus. You’ll manage EHCP provision, coordinate annual reviews, and monitor learner progress to ensure timely interventions.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification with GCSE English and maths, SEND experience, and a commitment to safeguarding. Permanent, full-time contract with a strong development path and UK right to work required.

• Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
• Highly organised and adaptable; able to manage workload.
• Work independently and within a team to support learners.

Responsibilities

• EHCP Provision & Compliance management to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead EHCP annual reviews with local authorities, parents and professionals.
• Progress monitoring and data-driven interventions to support learner outcomes.
• Deliver PfA programmes and mentoring to promote independence and progression.
• Contribute to QA, partnerships and safeguarding and CPD standards.
