Beechfield House Hotel in Wiltshire is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for a full-time, permanent role. You will join a dedicated kitchen team, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and supporting daily operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

A focus on fresh ingredients, hygiene, and teamwork is essential in this busy country house hotel. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience, ideally within a hotel or quality restaurant.
• Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and high culinary standards.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, allergen management, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards.
• Take responsibility for an assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events as required.
• Ensure all food preparation complies with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen safety.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient service.
