Job summary

Dimensions Ltd in London (Ealing) is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our supported living home for three gentlemen aged 25–50. You will be a key worker, promoting independence, providing personal care prompts, cooking support, and medication administration across three flats in one building.

You will work in pairs during the day (2:1), with flexible shifts to cover early, mid and late hours, including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with autism and learning disabilities.
• Ability to promote independence and document information accurately.
• Calm, patient and solution-focused in changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence in daily living and provide personal care prompts.
• Support with cooking and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as required and follow care plans.
• Work as part of a 2:1 shift pattern with a colleague.
• Record information accurately and communicate with families and professionals.
