Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a supported living home in Hounslow for six adults aged 20–55. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours) at £14.80 per hour, located in TW3 with excellent transport links via the Piccadilly Line.

You will deliver person-centred support, help with daily tasks, personal care and the safe use of equipment like hoists. Training and Activate support are provided to enable growth and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to six adults aged 20–55 to live independent lives.
• Assist with daily living tasks, personal care and use of assistive equipment.
• Support activities such as music therapy, swimming, cinema trips, shopping and social outings.
• Prepare meals, including pureed diets, and help keeping the home clean and tidy.
