Dimensions Ltd is seeking a Male Support Worker in Edgware, London (N14). The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour and a requirement for a full UK driving licence.

You will support three gentlemen in a supported living home, helping them access activities and live life their way. Shifts are long days from 8am to 10pm, with a focus on person-centred support, independence, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals who display behaviours of distress.
• Ability to follow detailed support plans and routines.
• Reliable, proactive and team-focused.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalised support promoting choice, independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and health needs.
• Support meals in line with SALT guidance and help access hobbies.
• Work with wheelchair users and enable participation in home and community activities.
• Build positive relationships and adapt to individual goals.
