Job summary

Dimensions in London is hiring a Support Worker to join a busy supported living home in Ealing. You will work across three flats with three gentlemen aged 25-50, supporting daily living, meals, personal care and medication administration.

You’ll promote independence, use gentle prompts, and follow structured plans, with 2:1 daytime coverage and a chance to grow through our training and DBS support. The role requires a full UK driving licence, empathy, resilience, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to follow structured support plans and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence in daily living and provide personal care prompts.
• Support with cooking meals and dietary needs.
• Administer medication and document accurately.
• Follow structured support plans to ensure consistency and safety.
• Build rapport with the three gentlemen and their families.
