Advance Housing & Support Ltd is seeking a Female Support Worker for London E13 to assist customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs or mental health conditions. 36 hours per week, with weekend work and shifts including days, evenings, and sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is required for community access.

Formación

• Experience in care not required; values and determination matter.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Ability to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments and maintain customer records.
• Need to be literate and numerate in English.
• Willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as required.
• Administer medications if required.
• Support with cooking meals and attending medical appointments.
• Support social activities and independent skills.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans.
