Job summary

iwoca in London is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer for the Broker Terms team. You’ll build the systems behind every offer iwoca makes through brokers and see your work in the terms each business gets.

You’ll contribute across the stack, owning features from scope to production, with backend focus and frontend UI work for brokers in the Introducer Portal. Collaboration with pricing and data teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Backend systems designed and built in production (Python/Django, PostgreSQL).
• Frontend UIs in production (TypeScript/React).
• Ownership of features end-to-end and reliable delivery.
• Able to explain trade-offs between speed and long-term health of systems.
• Experience applying AI to scale engineering output.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop features across the codebase for broker terms.
• Own scoping, design, and production deployment of features.
• Contribute to roadmap decisions with data-driven input.
• Collaborate with pricing teams and data scientists to model terms.
• Participate in DevOps practices and CI/CD improvements.
