WTW is seeking a full-stack developer to join its Insurtech unit in Cambridge. The role focuses on modern SaaS software, collaborating with Product Owners to define and deliver backlogs, and leveraging AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery.

You will write tests, review code for security and performance, and participate in Agile ceremonies to continuously improve engineering practice. As the product evolves, the role shifts toward defining system boundaries, integration patterns and

Formación

Solid full-stack development across modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong grasp of software design, testing and quality fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

Define, refine and deliver the product backlog with the Product Owner.
Design and build software solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements, using AI coding tools.
Write and maintain unit tests, test frameworks and automated test cases.
Review and debug code to identify defects and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in Agile/scrum activities and improve team velocity and engineering practices.
Participate in incident response and hardening of the platform.
