WTW is seeking a meticulous SDET to join our growing engineering team focused on InsurTech solutions. You will help build cloud/SaaS offerings, upgrade products to newer tech, and design scalable automated testing to maintain high quality.

As part of a close-knit Scrum team, you will define test strategies, create environments, and drive automation across unit to end‑to‑end tests, contributing to performance and reliability improvements while embracing Agile practices.

Qualifikationen

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance in SDET roles.
• Experience building test frameworks across the testing pyramid.
• Experience in .NET/C# test automation.
• Experience testing distributed systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration in Agile teams.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and cloud deployments.

Aufgaben

• Define test strategies to support major new features or applications.
• Design, implement and document test environments and frameworks.
• Define User Stories and acceptance criteria with Product Owner.
• Define technical test plans focused on automation across the test pyramid.
• Develop unit, integration, system, and end-to-end tests automated.
• Develop performance, load, and stress test solutions.
• Execute functional/non-functional tests, manual and automated.
• Review and debug product and test code to find defects.
• Analyze test data and produce test reports for milestones.
• Participate in Agile/scrum ceremonies and improve team velocity.
• Work with engineers to ensure testability and best practices.
• Investigate new test tools/methodologies and integrate them.
