Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment in London seeks a Full Stack Product Engineer to join a newly created R&D function. You will work with AI, Data Science, Data Engineering and Product Engineering teams to take products from concept through production.

Responsibilities include leading development from concept to deployment, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and building accessible UIs with reusable components and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years prior experience in Full Stack Engineering.
• Backend development using Node.js and/or Python.
• Frontend development using TypeScript, React and/or Next.js.
• Docker, Git, testing and CI/CD experience essential.
• Experience with Azure desirable.
• Previous experience in product-led SaaS or startup environments.
• Strong product mindset and ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of applications from concept through to deployment.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Design and build accessible, responsive user experiences with focus on usability and performance.
• Develop reusable frontend components and maintain consistent application standards.
• Build AI-enabled product features where applicable.
• Ensure software quality through testing, automation, CI/CD and release management.
