Job summary

Warden AI Ltd. is seeking a Full-stack Product Engineer to build and evolve the core AI assurance platform. You will work across frontend development and backend services to transform complex audit workflows into reliable software customers trust.

You will join an existing team, report to the CTO, and collaborate with product, data, and customer-facing teams. Expect ownership growth as the company scales and a strong emphasis on product quality and usability.

Qualifications

• Solid TypeScript and React experience with real user-facing features.
• Full-stack mindset across frontend and backend.
• Experience shipping production software.
• Startup mindset with ability to wear multiple hats.
• Curious about AI, compliance, or HR Tech.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features, dashboards, workflows, and UI components.
• Lead frontend experiences with polished, accessible interfaces.
• Contribute to backend services powering audits, reports, and tooling.
• Translate product requirements into working software and iterate quickly.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and test coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and founders.
• Continuously improve codebase and developer ergonomics.
