About the role

Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the business as a whole. These teams work across industries and areas to present creative options for new revenue streams.

Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they ensure all new ideas are viable from a business perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they’re aligned as a function in key areas.

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you'll be tasked with scouting and securing the best locations for ATMs across your city.

We're hiring across several European cities, where you'll be targeting high-traffic locations in touristic areas and city centres (high-street retailers, hotels and restaurants, shopping malls, etc.).

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying appropriate ATM site locations and negotiating with retailers, property managers, and property owners with the goal of signing a contract for installing an ATM
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of identified potential locations
  • Exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets set by management
  • Maintaining an ongoing relationship with site owners during the lifetime of the contract
  • Participating in the installation and deployment project planning process, collaborating with the Operations department, as well as external subcontractors
  • Providing recommendations to improve performance
  • Performing frequent field visits to monitor and ensure ATM quality

What you'll need

  • 1-4 years of experience in an outbound or field sales role (graduates welcomed to apply)
  • To be based in one of our target European cities
  • A proven track record in achieving aggressive growth targets and building relationships with clients
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel across the territory of responsibility
  • Impressive negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Legal working rights in the European Union
