Job summary

TalentPool is seeking a hands-on Fulfilment Manager to lead a growing D2C operation at a busy Tonbridge Wells site. You’ll manage a team of around 30 permanent staff and supervise two Supervisors, ensuring smooth peak periods and robust health and safety standards.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll own productivity, OTIF and daily KPIs, plan Labour around volume shifts, use data to remove bottlenecks, and drive SOPs with cross-functional partners in Supply Chain, Warehouse and Customer

Qualifications

• Strong D2C/B2C fulfilment or dispatch experience.
• Experience leading sizeable operational teams.
• Confident managing KPIs, productivity and labour planning.
• Data-driven, commercially aware and systems-savvy.
• Calm, proactive people leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the fulfilment team, including supervisors.
• Own productivity, quality, OTIF and daily KPIs.
• Plan labour and resources around changing volumes.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Drive SOPs and process improvements.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Warehouse and Customer Service.
• Maintain strong health & safety standards.
