Job summary

TalentPool is seeking a hands-on Fulfilment Manager to lead a growing D2C operation from its Tonbridge Wells site. You’ll drive productivity, quality and OTIF while managing a sizeable team through peak periods.

You’ll own labour planning, use data to remove bottlenecks and implement SOPs to improve performance, with close collaboration across Supply Chain, Warehouse and Customer Service. This is a site-based role in the South East.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fulfilment or dispatch leadership in a D2C/B2C environment.
• Experience managing large operational teams and KPIs.
• Data-driven with ability to optimize labour planning and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the fulfilment team, including two Supervisors
• Own productivity, quality, OTIF and daily KPIs
• Plan labour and resource requirements around changing volumes
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational performance
• Drive SOPs, process improvements and ways of working
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse and Customer Service
• Maintain strong health & safety standards across the operation
