Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Manager to own the outbound warehouse performance from order release through to carrier handover. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading fulfilment, warehouse operations or outbound distribution in a fast-paced, customer-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate forecast and live order demand into daily and shift labour plans.
• Own the pick, pack, consolidation and dispatch performance, ensuring orders are completed before carrier cut-off.
• Monitor plan versus actual performance by shift and hour, identifying risk early and rebalancing resources quickly.
• Set and sustain standard work, workstation discipline, clear routines and effective shift handovers.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders across safety, pace, quality, attendance and accountability.
• Oversee and improve the warehouse layout.
