Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting an Operations Supervisor based at our Fulfilment centre in Chesterfield. You will lead a team, coach colleagues and drive a high-performing, engaged culture while managing daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader or Operations Manager in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong people management and ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Experience with employee relations, absence management and performance conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver a high-performing, engaged and accountable working culture.
• Manage daily warehouse and fulfilment operations, ensuring workloads are planned effectively and service levels are consistently achieved.
• Drive compliance, health & safety standards and operational checks across the site.
• Monitor KPIs across multiple customer streams, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Manage people processes including absence management, performance reviews, 1-2-1s and employee relations matters.
