Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, seeks an Operations Supervisor for our Fulfilment centre in Chesterfield. You will lead and coach a team to deliver high performance, while managing daily warehouse operations to meet service levels.

The role emphasizes health & safety compliance, KPI monitoring, and handling employee relations, with a Monday to Friday, 40-hour schedule and rotating shifts as discussed in interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in a warehouse, logistics or fulfilment environment.
• Strong people management experience, able to lead and develop teams.
• Experience handling absence management, performance reviews and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team to deliver a high-performing, engaged culture.
• Managing daily warehouse and fulfilment operations ensuring workloads and service levels.
• Driving compliance, health & safety standards and site checks.
• Monitoring and improving KPIs across multiple customer streams.
• Managing people processes including absence management and performance reviews.
