Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Chesterfield fulfilment centre. You will lead a team, plan workloads, and ensure safety and service levels are met across multiple customer streams.

The role requires strong people management, a proactive mindset and excellent organisational skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisor, team leader or operations management within a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong people management and front-line leadership abilities.
• Experience handling absence management and performance conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver a high-performing, engaged culture.
• Manage daily warehouse and fulfilment operations with effective workload planning.
• Drive health & safety standards and site checks.
• Monitor KPIs across customer streams and identify efficiency improvements.
• Manage people processes including absence management, performance reviews and 1-2-1s.
