Job summary

First Customer Contact Ltd in Sheffield is recruiting a Compliance Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead Data Protection, Information Security, and risk/quality governance across the FCC business.

You’ll oversee DSARs, DPIAs, audits and assurance activities while maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification. The role reports to the Head of Business Integrity & Compliance and requires strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FCC's ISO 27001 ISMS and ISO 9001 QMS.
• Manage Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs), DPIAs, compliance monitoring, incident management, third‑party assurance, and audit activities.
• Maintain compliance and information security risk registers, oversee remediation actions, monitor emerging risks, and provide management reporting.
