Zusammenfassung

National Wealth Fund seeks an AI Enablement & Product Manager for a 12-month FTC, hybrid in Leeds. You will lead adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI agents, shaping use cases with governance and technical colleagues, and delivering measurable benefits.

Responsibilities include discovery-led prioritisation, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure secure and scalable AI-enabled delivery from discovery to operational adoption.

Qualifikationen

Experience in product management, transformation, or digital business analysis with adoption of AI use cases.

Aufgaben

Lead discovery to identify where Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI agents can improve decisions and productivity.
Challenge assumptions and identify business problems before AI-enabled delivery.
Act as product lead for prioritised AI initiatives with requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria.
Support Copilot and AI agent products from discovery to operational adoption.
Design experiments and testing to validate business need and user adoption.
Track adoption and benefits including usage, productivity and user experience.
Coordinate adoption activity across business, technology, data, risk and governance teams.
