Version 1 is seeking a seasoned Sales Director for Financial Services to lead a high-performing commercial team and double the FS business. You will engage senior stakeholders, close large cross-market deals, and shape pricing strategies while collaborating with OCTO, marketing and pre-sales.

The role focuses on Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets, requiring global execution, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering against aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering eight-figure revenue targets in financial services.
• Experience in Private Equity ownership environments is advantageous.
• Experience in sales roles as individual contributor and leader across technology services.
• Understanding of outsourced managed services and large deals.
• Strong leadership for scaling sales teams and enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial outcomes for an 8-figure revenue stream in FSI with double-digit growth.
• Lead and coach FS sales teams across UK&I and US; develop global sales strategy.
• Track performance against targets; manage pricing/contracting strategies for deals.
• Act as executive sponsor for key deals to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales and OCTO on proactive proposals.
• Ensure one voice across the company and cross-sell the portfolio.
• Uphold Version 1 core values and leadership principles.
• Maintain accurate forecast data and CRM data quality.
