Version 1 is seeking a seasoned Sales Director for Financial Services to lead a high-performing commercial team. You will drive growth across Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets, building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing large, complex deals in AI, data, cloud and managed services.

You will scale the FS sales organization, ensure one voice across the group, and align with the group growth plan while upholding Version 1 values and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 8-figure revenue targets in financial services globally.
• Adept at leading and scaling high-performance sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial outcomes for an 8-figure FS revenue stream with double-digit YoY growth.
• Lead and coach FS sales teams across UK & Ireland, US; expand within target sub-sectors.
• Shape global FS sales strategy and track performance against targets; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop pricing and contracting strategies; sign off on deals with executive sponsorship.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales and OCTO to push proactive proposals and cross-sell.
