Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a seasoned Sales Director for Financial Services to lead a high-growth, global FS sales organisation. This role will drive revenue, develop sales strategies across Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets, and shape commercial approaches for large, complex deals involving AI, data, cloud and managed services.

You will recruit, coach and manage teams, partner with OCTO and Marketing to deliver proactive proposals, and work with senior stakeholders to achieve sustained growth in

Qualifications

• Experience delivering against 8-figure revenue targets in financial services globally.
• Experience leading sales teams and individual contributors selling technology services (AI, cloud, data).
• Strong commercial acumen and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 8-figure revenue for the FSI business and drive double-digit YoY growth.
• Lead and coach FS sales teams across UK&I, US, focused on existing accounts and new business.
• Shape and execute global FS sales strategy with performance tracking and market expansion.
• Develop pricing/contracting strategies and approve deals for qualified opportunities.
• Act as executive sponsor for key deals and manage contracts to protect revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales and OCTO to present proactive proposals for cross-sell.
• Promote best-practice opportunity management and cross/upsell across portfolio.
