Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of apetito group, is seeking a delivery driver to join our team in the UK. You will work 35 hours per week across 5 days in 6, including bank holidays, delivering frozen meals and providing excellent customer service at customers' doors.

The role mainly operates from our coldstore at -20ºC, with protective clothing provided. A UK manual driving licence is required and prior customer-facing experience is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use the app to update customer deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Conduct pre-shift van inspection.
• Drive safely and within the law.
• Refuel and clean the van as needed.
• Notify office of discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Support office and picking teams when required.
• Report health and safety issues and stock quality.
• Assist team during absences or holidays.
• Carry out local marketing like leaflet drops to attract customers.
