Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking drivers to deliver frozen meals and provide friendly, reliable service to customers across the UK. You will work 40 hours per week, 5 in 6 days, including bank holidays, in a -20°C coldstore environment with protective clothing provided. A full UK driving licence is required and a DBS check may be needed.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.45) with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Use our app to update customers deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as needed.
• Contact the office with discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Help the office and picking teams when required.
• Report health, safety and stock issues.
• Assist teammates when someone is absent.
• Carry out local marketing activities to attract new customers.
