Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial and follow-up evidence interviews with claimants and verify documents for identification, housing costs, and childcare elements of Universal Credit.
• Lead education sessions with Jobcentre colleagues to explain customer responsibilities and consequences of non-compliance.
• Provide regular feedback on fraud trends to analysts and risk teams.
• Maintain accurate Management Information (MI) as directed by performance teams.
