Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and verification interviews with claimants and determine evidence validity.
• Work with Jobcentre and Service Centre colleagues to verify documents for identification, housing costs, children and childcare costs in Universal Credit.
• Provide regular feedback on fraud trends to analysts and risk teams.
• Lead customer education sessions with Jobcentre colleagues on responsibilities and compliance consequences.
• Maintain accurate management information as directed by performance teams.
