• Initial and follow-on evidence interviews to verify information.
• Ability to explain responsibilities to claimants and educate on fraud prevention.
• Engage with Jobcentre colleagues to strengthen verification controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evidence interviews and verification activities with claimants.
• Balance frontline verification with customer engagement to prevent fraud entering the welfare system.
• Provide regular feedback on fraud trends to risk and intelligence teams.
• Lead customer education sessions on responsibilities and consequences of non-compliance.
• Maintain accurate Management Information as directed.
