Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and further evidence interviews with claimants to verify documents and information.
• Support frontline fraud controls and educate claimants on responsibilities.
• Collate and maintain Management Information (MI) as directed by analysts and performance teams.
• Lead customer education sessions with Jobcentre colleagues to explain fraud risks and responsibilities.
