Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group is hiring for roles within the safe accommodation and contracted homeless accommodation services. You will support and advise clients to maintain welfare, health, and safety while helping them overcome barriers to independence.

These positions require working across a 24/7 service model, with late evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A compassionate approach and strong communication skills are essential to help residents resettle into the community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs.
• Front-line customer service experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Willing to work late evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice to maintain welfare, health and safety.
• Assist with resettlement of vulnerable clients into the community.
• Work within a team to deliver safe accommodation services.
