Job summary

GreenSquareAccord is seeking a Housing / Homeless Support Worker in the UK to support adults over 25 in dispersed properties. The role is 25 hours per week, permanent, with shifts Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:30.

A DBS check will be completed after offer, and a driving licence with own car is essential for accessing properties. You will record risk assessments, manage housing-related tasks such as rents and repairs, and work with partner services to help clients access general needs housing

Qualifications

• Experience working with homeless clients.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits.
• Skills in electronic recording.
• DBS check to be completed after offer.

Responsibilities

• Record rent, report repairs, and engage with clients.
• Set up rooms and maintain safety in communal areas.
• Provide guidance to access general needs housing and reintegration.
