Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a dedicated Project Worker in London to help people experiencing homelessness build independence and access opportunities. You will assess needs, update plans, and be the first point of contact for queries in a supportive, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong literacy and numeracy, and readiness to pursue NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care if needed. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
• Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Responsibilities

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.
• Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment.
