Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group is recruiting a Night Worker in Ashton-under-Lyne to join our 24/7 homeless accommodation and support services.

You will provide frontline welfare, health and safety guidance to residents with complex needs, join a dedicated team, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a part-time role. We offer a Disability Confident employer scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs to promote independence.
• Experience working with vulnerable client groups in frontline settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time support to residents to maintain welfare, health and safety.
• Work as part of a team in a 24/7 housing support service.
• Be willing to work late evenings, weekends, bank holidays and Christmas concessionary days.
